Frequently asked questions

Q. I can't hear the voice.

Check that the ring/silent switch on the side of your device is not muted and that the media volume is high enough. If you use AirPods or other Bluetooth earphones, make sure audio output is routed to that device.

Q. Does my music stop while I use the app?

No. Your music only dips briefly while a number is spoken (automatic ducking), then returns to its original volume.

Q. The timer stops when the screen turns off.

ListenTimer keeps running in the background even with the screen locked. Low Power Mode or background-activity restrictions on your device can interfere — please check those settings.

Q. I can't start the timer from my Apple Watch.

Apple Watch integration is a premium feature. Make sure you have purchased Premium and that your iPhone and Watch are properly paired.

Q. I changed devices — do I need to buy Premium again?

No. Premium is a one-time purchase and can be restored on the same Apple account. Tap Restore Purchase on the Premium screen.

Q. How do I request a refund?

App Store refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
