Per-second voice countdown
A voice reads every second of the countdown, from the first second to the last — 1 to 300 seconds per interval.
Use it for planks, dead hangs, stretches, breath work: anything where you can't look down.

Work. Rest. Repeat — and hear every second of it.
Set your intervals, then keep your eyes on your form. ListenTimer reads each second out loud through the whole round, so you always know where you are without looking. Planks, dead hangs, stretches, and breath work all work the same way.

The difference
Most interval timers only cue you at the boundaries — a beep when a round ends, maybe the last few seconds. ListenTimer is a talking timer: it counts every single second out loud, from the first second to the last, so your eyes stay on your form during planks, stretches, dead hangs, Tabata rounds and HIIT circuits.
The count keeps running with the screen locked and the phone in your pocket. Your music or podcast stays on — the voice dips it just for the count, then brings it right back.
And when a phase changes, you hear it: rest, next set, done. No looking down. No guessing.

Twelve features. Each one: what it is, and when you use it.
A voice reads every second of the countdown, from the first second to the last — 1 to 300 seconds per interval.
Use it for planks, dead hangs, stretches, breath work: anything where you can't look down.

Choose every second (default), every 10 seconds with the final 10 counted one by one, or — with Premium — your own interval, every N seconds (1–60).
Use it for whatever you pick, the last 10 seconds are always counted one by one and every phase start and end is announced.

Set work (1–300 s), rest (1–300 s) and 2 to 10 sets; ListenTimer runs the whole circuit and announces every change.
Use it for Tabata, HIIT circuits, boxing rounds, interval runs.

Save up to 12 timers. Your last-used one sits at the top as a big card — one tap to start. Add, delete and reorder freely.
Use it for "the same thing as yesterday" in one tap.

Lock the phone, put it in your pocket or on the floor — the voice carries on.
Use it for anything that isn't at a desk.
Your own music stays on; the count is layered over it.
Use it for training with headphones or a speaker.
See the timer on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island — the count, the current phase and set — without unlocking. With Premium, pause, resume or stop right from the Lock Screen.
Use it for a glance at the locked phone between sets.

A widget shows your last-used or a pinned preset; tapping it opens the app. With Premium, ▶ starts the timer right from the widget — no app to open — and the widget shows pause and stop while a session runs.
Use it for starting from the Home Screen before your phone goes in the armband.

Say it or tap a shortcut to start your last preset without opening the app (without Premium, the app opens instead).
Use it for hands full, phone across the room.
Start and control timers right from your wrist. Start instantly with one tap from your Apple Watch complication. All presets sync to your Apple Watch automatically. Your wrist taps along at the 10-second warning and at the finish. The Watch works as a remote for the iPhone timer, which plays the voice.
Use it for not even taking the phone out.

Your wrist taps along, even when your ears are covered (Apple Watch); the iPhone taps at the 10-second warning and at the finish; iPhone haptics can be turned off in Settings.
Use it for loud gyms, no headphones.
Monthly calendar stats — see which days you trained at a glance, plus a daily list of what you finished. With Premium, "My Rhythm" adds weekly, monthly and overall insights about your pattern.
Use it for seeing the month fill up.

Each character brings a different tone to your training rhythm.
Every voice can be previewed in the app before you choose. Voices are generated with a high-quality neural TTS and bundled in the app — no internet needed during a workout.
Available in English, Japanese and Korean; the app follows your iPhone language.
